How does the analysis work?
Upload a short video of one exercise, choosing from the list of supported exercises. Our system analyzes your form and shows which muscles are emphasized, along with tips to target specific muscles more.
Why is my analysis taking a while?
Analysis typically takes 40–90 seconds. If it's taking noticeably longer, please try again — if the issue continues, contact us and we'll help troubleshoot.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, not within the app itself. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
I started a free trial but don't see my credits.
Credits are usually added within a few minutes of your trial or subscription starting. If they haven't appeared after 15 minutes, please contact support with your account email so we can look into it.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account, credits, and video history directly in the app, under your account/subscription page.
